Talmud Torah in Ramat Beit Shemesh with the Zilberman Method

Talmud Torah Yishrei Lev in Ramat Beit Shemesh is a vibrant little hub of positive energy, a school full of kids who love to learn and teachers who love to teach.  We use the Zilberman method of learning for learning Torah, because the point of learning is to actually know, understand and remember what we learn, and the Zilberman method virtually guarantees that.  It's hard to capture in words how impressive it is but suffice it to say that our 2nd grade boys (aged 7-8) know over half of the Chumash, and they know it better than most adults know it! 

With this kind of knowledge comes immense pride and satisfaction.  The boys and their parents feel that they're doing something truly great, and that hopefully fuels a lifelong passion for Torah study, and a tremendous respect for knowledge and learning in general. 

We want school to be a memorable, enjoyable and inspiring experience for our kids.  We want them to come out with a desire to know everything there is to know.  We also want them to acquire a wide range of powerful learning tools that they'll need as they go on to learn more and more, whether they're learning Torah or discovering the wisdom of the world in other disciplines.
